Piper Group International, LLC (“PGI”) is pleased to announce the sale of second part of Sky River RV sale to Harding RV, Inc.

The new owners of Sky River RV have been very successful in continuing this profitable operation and have now completed the purchase of the second phase of this acquisition.

The owners were not just willing to sell to anyone because they also wanted a good future for their employees and repeat customers. They had developed a “caring and help-each-other” culture with their employees of many years and it was a goal of the transaction to find a buyer that would carry on the same culture. That goal was truly achieved in selling to Harding RV.
