Notice of Sale and Acquisition

Piper Group International, LLC (“PGI”) is pleased to announce the sale of Saffron Supply Co. Inc. to TV Saffron Supply, LLC.

This well-established 100-year-old Company is in the industrial and commercial supply business. It truly has a lot to be proud of. This was a 4^th generation family run business with many decades of successful operation. It has a strong long-term and loyal customer base. It carries a vast inventory for its customers needs and satisfaction.

The Owners were not just willing to sell to anyone because they also wanted a good future for their employees and repeat customers. They had developed a “caring and help-each-other” culture with their employees of many years and it was a goal of the transaction to find a buyer that would carry on the same culture. That goal was truly achieved in selling to TV Saffron Supply, LLC.

It is a rewarding privilege and satisfying engagement, to help owners into their next chapter of life and help the buyer acquire a profitable company where the transaction is good for all, the seller, the buyer, the employees and the loyal customers.

The PGI closing process, “The Roadmap to Closing,” with weekly updates solved the unforeseen issues and kept the transaction’s momentum moving to a successful closing.
