Piper Group International, LLC (“PGI”) is pleased to announce the recent sale in Oregon of a major appliance and furniture dealer, West Coast Appliance & Furniture, Inc. (“WCAF”) to Kelly’s Home Center with the following locations: Kelly’s Appliances in Salem, Kelly’s Lighting in Salem, Kelly’s Kitchen Store & Cooking School in Salem, Kelly’s Appliances in Corvallis, Kelly’s Appliances in Eugene and the legendary Paul Schatz Home Furnishings in Tigard known for its quality and high fashion, and now in the Medford metro area (“KHC’).
Both of these companies have a lot to be proud of.
WCAF for 41 years has set a standard of excellent selection, prompt delivery and excellent service and installation in the Southern Oregon region. As a result, this Company has earned Best Appliance Dealer & Furniture Dealer awards for many years.
With their huge inventory, generally, no waiting for delivery compared to weeks for big box stores and able to supply contractor orders with hundreds of units. Few competitors can do this.
KHC has a first-rate record of high quality, exceptional selection and proven service. The sellers wanted a buyer they felt they could depend on to carry on their exceptional reputation for quality and service and that goal was truly achieved in this transaction with KHC.
