Piper Group International, LLC (“PGI”) is pleased to announce the recent sale of Don’s RV Center (“Don’s RV”) in Ceres, California to Andrew Preikschat and investors.

Don’s RV has become the “Go To” RV Dealer in the Region with “One Stop” Sales, Parts & Exceptional Service. They have 31 years of success that has resulted in an excellent and proven reputation.

Don’s RV has set a standard of trustworthy, friendly, and reliable RV service to their customers. This level of service has resulted in having a repeat and loyal customer base. This is a privilege in the RV business since many RV buyers only buy on price.

The sellers were not willing to sell to just anyone because above all, the seller required a buyer with integrity and buyer that would provide a good future for their employees and repeat customers. They had developed a “caring, supportive and empowering” culture with their employees of many years, and it was a goal of the transaction to find a buyer that would carry on the same culture and legacy that had been established. That goal was truly achieved with this buyer.

The buyer’s team adds value to Don’s RV. They bring proven digital marketing to the company. The business does not have a RV rental profit center. One of the team brings one of the largest vehicle rental businesses in the country to add at the right time a new profit center, RV rentals.

The PGI closing process, “The Roadmap to Closing,” where timelines and tasks are assigned resulting in a timely movement of the transaction to closing. To accomplish this, PGI works as the project manager working with all parties dealing with the closing check lists from the attorneys and lenders and other closing tasks.
